Previously, you could control whether a new signup form should appear if another form was already visible on the page. Now, we’ve added more flexibility with a new condition that lets you hide only the same type of form when it’s already present.
For example, if a sticky form is already showing and another sticky form is triggered, the second one will be hidden. However, if a slider form is also set to appear, it will still display, since it’s a different form type. This ensures users aren’t overwhelmed by duplicate or overlapping forms of the same kind.
To set this up, go to the Targeting Rules section while creating your signup form. Under the Display Triggers tab, scroll down to the ‘Multiple Signup Forms on Same Page’ setting. You’ll find three options in the dropdown:
- Show Always: Allows multiple forms to appear on the same page.
- Hide if Any Form is Visible: Prevents the new form from showing if any other signup form is already on the page.
- (New Update) Hide if Same Type of Form is Visible: Hides the form only if another of the same type is already visible.
This enhancement gives you more control over user experience, helping to avoid clutter while still making the most of your form strategies.
