We’ve added a new capability to our signup forms that allows you to hide the NotifyVisitors form on specific sections of a webpage — particularly useful when your site already includes a native form or message in those areas.
Why this matters
If you’re displaying a NotifyVisitors signup form (such as a sticky bar or slider) on a page, but a section of that page already contains your own native form, you can now prevent duplicate or overlapping form experiences. This leads to a cleaner, more user-friendly interface.
How it works
To enable this feature, create a new signup form or edit an existing one. Go to Targeting Rules > Display Triggers and scroll to the “Hide Form Conditions” section.
You’ll find a dropdown with multiple options, including:
- All Forms – Automatically hides the NotifyVisitors form in all sections that contain native forms.
- ID / Class / XPath / CSS Selector – Define specific sections of your page where you want the form hidden. Use the plus (+) button to add multiple sections.

You can also use both options together.
For instance, if you want to hide the NotifyVisitors form wherever a native form exists and additionally hide it in a separate promotional section (like a banner area), you can do both as shown in the configuration below.

This feature also works for popups. For example, if you’re displaying a popup offering a 30% discount but a similar offer already appears in a static banner on the same page, you can prevent the popup from appearing in that section.
This update gives you more control over where your NotifyVisitors forms and popups are shown — helping you deliver a cleaner, more intentional experience without overwhelming your users.
