The new Web Debugger helps you easily detect and fix tracking issues on your website by logging NotifyVisitors-related activity, including events, requests, and responses. With a 24-hour session window, it streamlines troubleshooting for smoother campaign performance.

We’ve enhanced the Website Personalization UI to streamline campaign creation and improve user experience, similar to recent A/B Testing updates. New analytics features—including goal tracking, conversion trends, visitor insights, and heatmaps—offer deeper visibility into personalization performance and user behavior.

The upgraded Alerts feature now supports real-time monitoring of email, SMS, and push campaign metrics like open rate, CTR, and delivery rate. You can set alerts for key performance changes to take timely action and maintain campaign efficiency without manual tracking.

You can now track new vs. returning users in the Events section using the “Visit Type” attribute. This helps differentiate first-time and repeat user interactions, offering deeper insights for optimizing engagement and marketing strategies.

Now, when you preview a signup form or popup, you can choose whether to apply targeting rules. If you want to see how the form looks without any restrictions, just uncheck the new “Apply Targeting Rules” option.

Now, instead of showing journey list stats like entries, exits, and goals for all time, the update will display them for the last 30 days by default. This change boosts system performance by cutting down on loading times.

Right now, the event analytics let you track trends, attributes, sessions, and other details tied to the overall number of events. With the latest update, you can now narrow down these analytics to concentrate on unique sessions or unique users too.

You can now save your signup form data as either an event attribute or both a user and event attribute. Saving it as an event attribute lets you track the user’s latest input alongside their previous responses, just like with a standard event.

This feature lets you track multiple elements within a single goal field in your A/B test. For instance, if your page has two signup buttons, you can monitor both under one goal.
