Challenge

Angel Broking was in the process to optimize their Open an Account Lead Form on their Website. To achieve the goal of increasing the number of new Leads, they wanted to understand why the site visitors are not converting and what’s wrong in their current Lead Form format. They decided to analyze the clicks to determine the major attraction for the users to navigate on the website using Ab Testing and Heatmaps.

Approach to the Solution

Heatmap was Implemented First to understand the highly activated position of existing Open Account Lead Form. HeatMap represents visitors engagement on the website. Later, HeatMap Analysis was executed to understand which section performed better in terms of user engagement moving to next.

As you can see, user engagement in Select city field is more than the Top Eight cities. After analyzing user behavior reports, Angel Broking decided to run an AB Testing Campaign. They moved the highly engaged field above the top 8 cities option with the help of simple NotifyVisitors AB Test Editor.

Results:
